Position Description:

As the team lead for Acquisition Marketing, you will assist in the development and scaling of a go-to-market strategy, programs, and tools that convert prospects into customers and increase the efficacy of each funnel stage. In this position, you will:

  • Build and scale a high-performing team of three direct reports from day one to fuel future new customer growth.
  • Own quarterly and yearly pipeline goals for the entirety of North America and be accountable for enabling the team to achieve them.
  • Own a multimillion-dollar budget and be accountable for its efficient utilization.
  • Drive pipeline and revenue growth by identifying scalable new channels or tactics and experimenting across the entire sales funnel to generate incremental revenue.
  • Define go-to-market strategies for new product lines, industries, or geographies to support the expansion of the company into new growth areas.

Minimum qualifications for the position:

  • Four or more years of experience in growth, management consulting, finance, analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience owning and being accountable for a company’s pipeline or revenue goals Experience managing a multimillion-dollar budget
  • One or more years of direct experience managing digital lead generation channels at scale.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate concisely with stakeholders and key executives.

A perfect candidate also possesses:

  • 1+ year of SQL, Python, and/or other data analysis tool experience
  • Experience with large-scale B2B marketing
  • Expert Salesforce knowledge
  • BS/BA in a quantitative field or equivalent experience required
  • Spanish or French language fluency
