Requirements:

  • Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent conversational skills and the ability to wow customers on every call.

  • Technology-based multitasking skills, including call management, loan-level review, and call documentation.
  • Required minimums include a high school diploma or GED and one year of work experience
  • preferred college degree with 0-1 year of work experience
  • If you are being considered for a remote position, you are required to have internet services with a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and an upload speed of 3 Mbps.
