DESCRIPTION:

You might be a good fit for Progressive’s bilingual contact center staff if you take pride in assisting people and thrive in a hectic setting.

You will be fielding incoming calls from Spanish-speaking clients, so you must be able to multitask, have previous customer service experience, and be familiar with a variety of computer systems. You will receive comprehensive training and computer equipment for this remote position. The preferred applicants must be Arizona residents.

Work Possibilities:

• In addition to providing more products, bilingual customer service representatives assist clients with their inquiries and insurance policy needs by responding to questions about coverage, prices, billing concerns, and general policy reviews.
• When putting up new claim reports, bilingual claims representatives show compassion for consumers who have just been in accidents. You will also recommend additional items to customers.

Obligatory Qualifications

• Two years or more of post-secondary education
• 2 years of relevant work experience in place of the aforementioned
• Speaks Spanish and English well (verbal and written)

Prerequisites for working from home

• A designated work area free from distractions and noise
• Using a DSL or cable modem, connect to the internet from a remote workplace at a minimum speed of 10 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up.
• You must physically connect the offered computer with a cable to the router or modem (no wireless connection)
• You must attach a surge protector to every piece of Progressive gear you get.
• Unless otherwise required by law, high-speed internet access is at your expense.

Compensation:

• You may get a Gainshare bonus of up to 8% to 16% (depending on your position) of your qualifying earnings based on company success if you are selected for a role that pays $19.50 or $21.00 per hour.
• 10% more if you work evening or weekend shifts
