Position Description:
Centralized human resource services, including payroll, benefits, and other transactions, are offered by the HR Call Center Representative. The complex administrative, operational, and customer support tasks carried out by the HR Call Center Representative call for autonomous initiative and discretion. may need use of mathematical abilities.
Responsibilities
- The HR Call Center Representative makes sure that the technology, operational, and transactional processes at the service center are efficient.
- Establishes guidelines and practices for managing interactions with and transactions with employees as well as the management of human resource initiatives.
- Coordinates services with technology experts, human resource program managers, and information systems for human resources.
- Decisions are frequently made with an eye toward strategies, tactics, and procedures for finishing administrative duties and projects.
- Due to prior experience, breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes, and organizational expertise, regularly uses discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adjusting procedures, processes, and techniques.
Required credentials
- Equivalent to a high school diploma
- Inbound call center at least one year in the future
- Possess the capacity to multitask and still deliver exceptional customer service
- Must have a strong desire to contribute to a company that constantly seeks to improve customer experiences.
- The time frame is 9:30 a.m. to 6:05 p.m.
This position allows for remote work.
- Candidates must live within a reasonable driving distance of the Humana office in Louisville, Kentucky.
- Knowledge of web-based human resource management systems, such as Workday, and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a similar subject.
- The ability to read, write, and communicate both English and Spanish.
