Icertis is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their US GOV Cloud Operations team. The team is responsible for ensuring the security, availability, and performance of Icertis’ SaaS application in compliance with federal security requirements. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure while focusing on secure SaaS service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage production and non-production cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure.
  • Deploy, configure, secure, and monitor Azure services using Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Implement automation to enhance workflow, efficiency, and technology deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Maintain and improve the security of client environments and customer data.
  • Participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation to monitor production environments.
  • Troubleshoot and debug C#/ASP.NET applications and PaaS service issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience in mission-critical cloud-first infrastructures (preferably MS Azure).
    • Proficiency in PowerShell, Linux/BashShell, Terraform, JSON/YAML for automation.
    • Hands-on experience with Azure Function Apps, Docker, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
    • Strong Windows Systems, Linux Systems, Network administration, and IIS administration skills.
  • Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
    • Azure Certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-500).
    • Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Active Directory, and related tools.
    • Familiarity with Elastic Search, Kibana, Redis Cache.
    • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL processes.
    • Experience with compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).
    • Familiarity with threat protection, WAF, SIEM, and security operation centers.
    • Familiarity with Azure PaaS security resources.
