To join their team, an international law firm is looking for a totally remote conflicts attorney!
Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time is observed for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and examine conflicts of interest involving firm clients and employees to guarantee adherence to firm standards and ethics.
- Assemble legal memos and do legal research
- Assist each other in settling conflicts and resolving disputes amongst attorneys in the firm.
Requirements:
- Candidate experience involving client conflict checks must be at least one year.
- Current and in good standing with their license
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities
