A Seattle-based boutique personal injury law office is working with Robert Half Legal to find a REMOTE Litigation Paralegal. Someone with litigation experience would do well to take advantage of this chance to join a growing firm.
To be considered, applicants must be residents of Washington state.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research to assist with case planning and trial strategy.
- Help with the drafting of pleadings, motions, and affidavits, among other legal papers.
- Organize meetings for trial preparation, witness interviews, and depositions.
- Organize and manage the production of documents, making sure that the necessary materials are available at all times.
- File paperwork online with the relevant courts and organizations.
- Prepare the trial’s exhibits and the jury instructions.
- Assist in keeping trial deadlines and calendars up to date.
- Dictation and file management are only two examples of the administrative support you can give lawyers.
Requirements:
- 1+ YOE in court cases
- Having attended trials is a huge plus
- Living in Washington State
