Position Description

We are seeking candidates to qualify callers for programs, products, or services that our clients offer through outbound and inbound calls. Working from the comfort of your home as an At-Home Contact Center Specialist, you will have an opportunity to work with some of the best and most recognized companies in their industries. Our ideal candidate should be professional, possess great verbal and written communication skills, have a high school diploma, a working knowledge of windows-based operating systems, and be able to demonstrate product knowledge once nesting period is complete. We also require having a quiet workspace, computer, webcam, and internet access.

Responsibilities

– Qualify callers for programs, products or services that our clients offer through outbound and inbound calls.
– Demonstrate professionalism and excellent communication skills.
– Provide accurate information to the callers regarding the products or services.
– Work from home and adapt in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

– High School Diploma or GED is required.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Working knowledge of windows-based operating systems including Google Chrome.
– Product knowledge after completing the nesting period.
– Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
– Must have a quiet workspace at home, webcam, computer, and internet access for remote work.
