Position Description

Anomaly Squared is seeking a self-motivated At-Home Contact Center Specialist available to work Full-Time or Part-Time. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service to our clients’ customers.

Responsibilities

– Handle outbound and inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
– Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions by following established protocols.
– Qualify callers for programs, products, or services.
– Accurately document information into the system and escalate calls to appropriate teams.
– Maintain a high level of productivity and quality while providing exceptional customer service.
– Meet and exceed client’s expectations with every call.

Qualifications

– High school diploma or equivalent required.
– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role required.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Experience with Windows-based operating systems and Google Chrome.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
– Must own a computer, webcam and have internet access.
– Must have a workspace in a quiet environment.
– Must be able to work Full-Time or Part-Time.
