Responsibilities:

  • Creates and implements thorough testing procedures that include all facets of customer service, such as claims, enrollment, provider contracts, and benefits administration, for system upgrades, new products, and processes.
  • It is your responsibility to design and carry out established unit testing procedures to deliver quality audits of vendor contracts before they are implemented.
  • Helps in testing easy system improvements.
  • Creates and implements a thorough test plan and test scripts to perform quality audits for vendor contracts to guarantee that correctness and quality are upheld.
  • Confirms that the system operates in accordance with user needs and is compliant with established standards.
  • Adheres to accepted best practices for creating and carrying out easy to medium-level test plans.
  • Verifies test results, records differences, and implements fixes to make sure all problems are fixed.
  • Updates management on the status of the problem’s resolution.
  • Explains test results to end users so they can approve the findings.
  • Acts as a point of contact between the IT team and system end users.
  • Carries out additional tasks as needed.

Pay Scale

The usual pay scale for this position is as follows: 17.00 minimum; 27.90 maximum

Requirements:

Required credentials

  • 5+ years of relevant experience working in a managed care or claims processing service center operating capacity.
  • Recent and relevant system processing, payment, and benefits experience of at least one year.
  • Outstanding writing and vocal communication abilities.

Preferred Requirements

  • Managed care QNXT

Education: equivalent to a high school diploma.
