Work with a team of integrated appeals and grievance systems. answer inbound calls from customers, family members, or service providers that need to lodge a complaint or appeal.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain accurate demographic data from member and Mercy Care systems. *Confirm the caller’s registration in the Mercy Care Plan.
- Confirm information, such as members of Mercy Care Advantage or members who need special support.
- Exactly record the caller’s motivation.
- Effective peer and membership communication. Special projects as assigned or required.
Pay Scale
The standard pay scale for this position is as follows: Minimum: 17.00 Maximum: 27.90

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare, the ability to multitask, critical thinking, and familiarity with Maricopa County’s seriously mentally ill behavioral health system are required qualifications.
