As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Sales Executive, you will have the exciting chance to develop business solutions and carry out a strategy to increase awareness of and use of Amazon’s utility computing web services, such as Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, Amazon Lambda, etc.
Responsibilities:
- As a member of a US Army sales team, develop an expanding clientele.
- By assisting in the definition, identification, and pursuit of critical opportunities, you can foster business and technical relationships and quickly close deals.
- By understanding the objectives and surroundings of the customer, you may forge strong professional and technical ties.
- Conduct regular conversations with these clients.
- Possess a foundation in business that enables them to lead an engagement and communicate with top military and civilian levels.
- Possess technical knowledge that makes it simple for them to communicate with staff members, contracting officers, software developers, and architects.
- Possess knowledge of the mission, the product, and the technical problems; be able to create and communicate compelling value propositions.

Requirements:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in information technology
- The US Army for more than two years
- 2+ years of experience beating sales targets
- 2+ years of experience collaborating with business partners and federal systems integrators to serve the US Army and DoD
- 1+ years of foundational cloud computing experience with the capacity to go deeply enough into technical issues to distinguish amongst Cloud providers
- Bachelor’s degree or a similar level of expertise
FAVORABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in the software development and cloud computing industries for two years or more is strongly appreciated.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, as well as knowledge of computer science or mathematics.

Our pay is in line with the cost of labor in different US regions. In our lowest geographic area, the basic salary for this position is $73,900 per year, whereas in our top geographic market, it is $177,800 per year. Compensation is based on a number of variables, including market location, and may change in accordance with knowledge, abilities, and experience pertinent to the position.
