For a customer in Gloucester County, New Jersey, Aston Carter is now seeking for a Customer Service job supporting warehouse operations. This position will work closely with the operational team and customers while reporting directly to the warehouse administrative manager. Candidates with administrative, warehouse, and customer service expertise are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Help with all incoming deliveries and outgoing client orders.
- Communicate with consumers often to fulfill their requests
- Scheduling of all incoming deliveries and pickups of customer orders
- Directly communicate with all drivers who arrive at the facility.
- Ensure that all incoming documentation is signed and filed properly.
- Ensure that all outbound BOLs are duly signed and filed.
- Create all special labels, client placards, etc. for orders and make sure warehouse personnel apply on merchandise as directed by the customer.
Requirements:
- Data entry and administration abilities
- Prior warehouse experience strongly advised
- Office software
Additional Information:
- Hours: Monday through Friday, two Saturdays per month
- Available shifts are 9am–6pm AND 5pm–2am.
- A chance for contract employment
