You will be regarded as a talent acquisition thought leader and high-level recruiting strategist as a Senior TA Partner for Shared Services. You will carry out all of the TA Partner’s responsibilities, including but not limited to: Managing the whole life-cycle of recruiting, collaborating with hiring managers and HRBPs, and reaching the team’s goals and metrics. Along with managing senior-level, high-touch positions that are challenging to fill, you will help create high-level recruiting strategies.
Leading highly visible project teams that will necessitate substantial reporting with senior leave and executive visibility requires you to be flexible and agile in order to switch between assignments as needed. This position will collaborate across organizational boundaries and take part in developing business sectors.
Responsibilities:
You will operate as the internal point of contact for peers, HRBPs, and business partners within TA in this position. Included in this are, but not limited to:
- Managing all report creation and delivery for the team using a range of tools, such as PowerPoint, Starsource, Excel, etc., as required by TA
- Leadership, HRBPs, and business leaders.
- Manage callas or attend events with corporate executives or HRBPs
- Manage project teams and carry out initiatives within your smaller TA team while considering how projects and initiatives can affect the entire team more broadly.
- Serve as the team’s subject-matter expert for the tools and technology we employ.
- Indirectly mentor and lead team members, including supervising any team contractors’ work.
The successes of the TA team as a whole and the initiatives to elevate the CVS TA Team to the top tier will both be directly impacted by the contributions you make as the Senior TA Partner.
Pay Scale
The usual pay scale for this position is as follows: 60,300 minimum; 130,000 maximum
Please remember that this range represents the salary range for every position in the job grade that this position belongs to. The location is just one of several variables that will be considered when determining the actual compensation offer.
Requirements:
Required credentials
7+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, including the ability to offer high-impact recruiting solutions quickly while fostering productive corporate collaboration.
Preferred Requirements
- 7 years of experience in HR, Finance, and Legal sources preferable
- 2 years of experience managing hiring programs across the organization.
- Having knowledge of PowerPoint or other project management/process flow tools.
- The capacity to mentor and teach a team in sophisticated sourcing approaches.
- Outstanding organizational abilities, particularly to guarantee prompt and proactive project follow-up.
- A drive to design and implement talent strategy and an innovative mentality.
Education
- A bachelor’s degree or a combination of training and experience could be used instead.
