A CUSTOMER SERVICE/DISPATCHER IS NOW HIRING!

Responding to our customers’ demands and relaying those needs to the management team and service personnel of the business is the role of the customer care representative. The ideal applicant has at least one year of experience dispatching for scheduled service appointments and providing customer care over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• A commitment to the company’s customer retention strategy and proactive execution of it.

• Effective and courteous customer service when taking orders or queries for services.

• Carrying out all tasks in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures in order to win and keep the trust of clients.

• Lead the organization’s customer service department by being willing to collaborate with all other departments and staff members.

Dispatch

• Use a host-based system to dispatch technicians and track their real working hours.

• Provide field management and technicians administrative support.

• Use Field Force Manager to monitor service trucks

• Control and complete incomplete work orders.

• Timely and accurate creation of bid proposals.

• Skilled in establishing connections with clients and has a customer-centric mindset

• The ability to manage priorities that change regularly

• The ability to maintain composure and concentration in the face of stress by having the right temperament.

• Multitasking skills

• Superb communication abilities

• Excellent follow-through and follow-up skills

• Attention to detail

• Strong computer literacy

• Expertise with Word, Excel, and Outlook in Microsoft.

• Expertise with Traverse, Ascente, and Field Force Manager.
