Position Description:

We are looking for a Data Entry Assistant to join our team! You will be in charge of data entry, file upkeep, and record keeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Take care of incoming orders and returns
  • Prepare and arrange documents for data entry; review and enter data updates into systems; and investigate discrepancies in data received.
  • Plan monthly sales reporting.
  • Do all other office tasks

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB

  • Prior experience in data entry or a similar sector is preferred.
  • Excellent typing abilities
  • Excellent organizing skills
  • Timely and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other associated tools
  • Part-time employment
