Position Description:
We are looking for a Data Entry Assistant to join our team! You will be in charge of data entry, file upkeep, and record keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Take care of incoming orders and returns
- Prepare and arrange documents for data entry; review and enter data updates into systems; and investigate discrepancies in data received.
- Plan monthly sales reporting.
- Do all other office tasks
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB
- Prior experience in data entry or a similar sector is preferred.
- Excellent typing abilities
- Excellent organizing skills
- Timely and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other associated tools
