Position Description:

Essential responsibilities/functions:

• Keep track of executive appointments and calendars.
• Email administration and organization
• Create PowerPoint presentations and/or spreadsheets
• Social media administration
• Create a structure, a workflow, and processes.
• Investigate new technology and give recommendations
• CRM administration: data entry and updates
• Make vacation plans, such as booking flights, renting a car, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
• Project Support/Coordination
• Event organization and management

Qualifications essential:

• Bachelor’s degree and remote work experience preferable
• Available daily (Mon-Fri) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and capable of devoting at least 40 hours per week
• 8GB RAM (Windows) or 3GB RAM (Mac) laptop (mac), Minimum I3 8th generation processor @ 2.4GHz, 256MB internal GPU
• Excellent camera and headset
• A quiet and well-lit workplace
• A fast and dependable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps is required.
• Smartphone with email access
