The customer service representative’s responsibilities in this position include taking incoming calls, setting up appointments for staff members, establishing contact with legal firms for paperwork and authorization, and keeping employee data through their internal software. For this position, computer literacy is required.

Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, REMOTE; one week in the office.
