Position Description:
Serving as a point of contact for VRI’s clients, potential clients, trial clients, and self-pay clients. Will be in charge of soliciting recommendations for new clients and contacting them to confirm referral details while outlining the services provided. The representative must be familiar with every type of VRI device and be able to help customers with every self-install scenario.
Responsibilities
- assist customers with installing VRI equipment.
- Maintain professional, accommodating, and polite interactions with both internal and external customers.
- Process referrals for new clients and add client data to VRI databases.
- Call clients to confirm referral information and outline the services the referring agency is providing.
- Manage incoming calls by providing assistance and addressing requests.
- The capacity to address challenges by clarification, study, and exploration of answers and alternate solutions, implementation, and/or escalation of unsolved.
- providing clients with as needed advanced technical assistance for troubleshooting
- Use both scripted and unscripted comments to address client inquiries.
- Check demographics and statistics before entering client information.
- Keep track of call and message details.
- Respond to regular questions and direct calls that don’t need dispatching to the proper departments and organizations.
- Ensure the security of and access to extremely sensitive materials.
- Maintain protocol data obtained from memoranda, training sessions, and reference materials.
- Keep the project’s quality and productivity targets in mind.

Qualifications
- Required GED or a high school diploma
- Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- having the flexibility to work overtime when necessary
- Self-motivation and the capacity to work both individually and together
- adept with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
- able to effectively manage numerous things at once
