What effect you’ll have
- in charge of maintaining and improving our website to maximize conversions and user experiences.
- fulfill the role of webmaster, working with IT to enhance website performance
- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and DataStudio to keep an eye on the performance of your website. To ensure the digital trip is flawless, keep an eye out for trends, fluctuations, and functionality difficulties, offer helpful advice, and work with the team and agency connections.
- Enhance the user experience and conversion rates with tools and techniques including chat, popup generation, A/B testing, personalisation, and heat mapping.
- Actively identify and deliver fresh concepts to enhance our website’s user experience for partners, customers, and prospects.
- Utilizing SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog, evaluate organic search performance and pinpoint areas for improvement. Help the digital marketing manager manage the relationship with the external Paid Search digital agency.
- Work with other teams to promote content, improve conversion rates, and create linkages to help make material successful.
- Co-ordinate with freelancers who are located off-site to implement content ideas. Deliver thorough briefs and copy-editing drafts.
- Organize and correctly manage SEO content initiatives, collaborating with authors, designers, developers, and other stakeholders both on- and off-site.
- As appropriate, support unique projects from an SEO standpoint, such as product launches and demand generation campaigns.
What we seek in this position
- preferably a marketing or online marketing bachelor’s degree
- 8 to 10 years of expertise in digital marketing, with a focus on website strategy
- Experience in B2B and advanced website management & SEO
- Excellent knowledge of modern digital marketing concepts and best practices
- driven by a dynamic, high-performance, fast-paced team environment
- a track record of consistently achieving ambitious aims
- having knowledge of content management systems
- being able to use Google Analytics or other digital tools to retrieve, evaluate, and interpret internet analytics reports with actionable data insights
- Experience managing connections with outside marketing firms Previous experience in a similar capacity inside a B2B organization Experience with UX and CRO methods like A/B testing, personalisation, and heat mapping
