Position Description:

You will assist in the introduction of Restore’s new generation, an IoT sleep aid for adults. You will use your keen understanding of the needs of the consumer to create features that delight our users and significantly improve their quality of life. Several instances include: Design elements that encourage good nighttime routines.
Encourage gentle awakening and a positive start to the day for users.
provide experiences that are content-rich for our premium subscribers.
This person must reside in either Canada or the United States. Since Hatch is situated in California, this position would require availability during PST/PDT hours.

Within the next three months, you’ll:

• delve deeply into the user experience to identify opportunities and pain issues currently present.
• With stakeholders in engineering, product design, marketing, and customer support, forge close working connections.
• Lead a team of software developers, a designer, quality assurance, product marketing, and more.
• Become intimately familiar with the business strategies of our company.
• Learn everything you can about our product experience, including our mobile app, IoT platform, and content.
• Define the needs for the product, create wireframe sketches and draft specifications, and collaborate on additional features with design, engineering, and marketing.

In six months:

• To suggest features and enhancements, collaborate with marketing, design, engineering, and user research.
• Create a prioritized near-term plan of initiatives that will help us reach our strategic objectives, paying particular attention to our mobile app while also taking our hardware and firmware experience into consideration.
• Establish long-term objectives, KPIs, and regularly monitor progress toward our targets in collaboration with key stakeholders.

One year later:

• Own the strategy and vision for our adult products.
• Deliver a wide range of features and upgrades to expand and scale our adult product line.
• Create new, worthwhile opportunities for hardware, software, and content solutions in the future.

Your will Bring

• 6+ years of experience managing consumer products, preferably for mobile or subscription-based services.
• strong design sensibilities for the user experience and intense user empathy.
• a track record of successfully releasing and managing product features that have a significant impact on users and the bottom line.
• coordination with various stakeholders and promotion of the product strategy.
• strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to explain complicated ideas to audiences of both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• In addition to feeling at ease, I’m eager to work in a fast-paced start-up setting.
