Position Description:

A Customer Success Specialist is needed by Benefitfocus to work in our customer service department. It is a remote position. The Customer Success Support Specialist (CSS) is in charge of creating strong bonds of trust with Benefitfocus clients and promptly and expertly responding to customer questions about the highly configurable Benefitfocus products. The main responsibilities of the CSS role include prioritizing system issues, working with other departments to guarantee that problems are fixed to the highest standard, and giving consumers cause and resolution information. Strong analytical abilities, outstanding written communication, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace are prerequisites for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer questions about system or product functionality.
  • To effectively assess and respond with an action plan or resolution, get the necessary information from the consumer.
  • Work closely with customers to investigate, find answers to, and fix problems with our products.
  • Work together with other colleagues and the necessary resources to solve problems.
  • serve as the primary point of contact for assigned issues, and while bringing system knowledge and expertise, endeavor to address complicated challenges.
  • Give customers and internal staff members regular status updates on any open concerns.
  • Record all communications, and keep our issue management system’s status of all triage actions accurate and up to date.
  • Identify and escalate significant issues as needed; manage client issues effectively and in order of importance.
  • Work together with employees from the Benefit Service Center, Solutions Consultants, and other internal departments to deliver first-rate assistance to each consumer during the yearly Open Enrollment period.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a related field as a business analyst.
  • Successful management of a customer portfolio made up of very complex, intensely focused, and focused businesses.
