A competent, self-starting Customer Service Representative is needed by Robert Half to join an expanding business in the South Metro. A contract-to-hire opportunity exists for a Customer Service Representative, and it will begin right away. Incoming customer calls will be answered by the customer service representative, who will also be required to process and input orders, troubleshoot problems, and effectively connect with a variety of contacts.

Although our client expects candidates to reside in Minnesota, this is a completely remote position.

Responsibilities:

Call organizations to verify candidates. Accurately enter sensitive data into the internal application system. Respond to incoming calls from customers or candidates. Conduct internet searches and research + assist other departments as needed with tasks or projects

Requirements:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing abilities; desirable data entry experience; proficiency in typing 35 words per minute or faster; familiarity with Microsoft Office; and Be able to organize your work and perform well in a demanding, fast-paced atmosphere.
