Responsibilities:

  • At SMI, we operate around the clock, seven days a week.
  • The Customer Service Representative is accountable for answering customer calls in compliance with SOPs and contractual responsibilities, classifying all calls in one of the available categories, and performing additional tasks as assigned.
  • Must keep up with policies and processes in general
  • Possess excellent communication abilities, both written and oral
  • Familiar with contemporary office processes, methods, and technology
  • Show off your superior interpersonal abilities while being tactful, patient, and courteous.

Experience and Requirements:

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Past experience in the service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or a similar industry of at least one year. accepts a comparable mix of education and experience as long as it offers the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to carry out the tasks of the post.
  • Data entry abilities, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-keypad proficiency, are required.
  • Must be able to type at least 35 words per minute. During the interview process, a typing test will be given.
  • basic familiarity with Microsoft Office
