Position Description:

Are you an enthusiastic individual with prior experience in a call center? If so, please apply! The Corporations and Commercial Code Division of the Department of Commerce is searching for a customer service expert to fill the position of Office Specialist I – Call Center. This position is eligible for REMOTE WORK, medical, dental, and vision insurance from day one, 12 paid holidays, and vacation and sick leave that accrues over time.

PRIMARY DUTIES.

  • Be familiar with the Division and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Offer advice on launching a new business.
  • Give details about existing businesses, UCC filings, and trademark registrations.
  • Validating existing business data and entering it into a database.
  • This position permits telecommuting four days per week. The maximum duration of in-office training is three months, depending on previous Call Center experience and other relevant training.

PREFERENCES

  • Candidates holding
  • Call Center experience in the past.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
