Your North Star: maximize our patient-serving potential by spearheading important strategic initiatives for Pomelos health plan and employer clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist a customer success director in building strong connections and gaining a thorough grasp of member and customer needs in order to provide a consistently top-notch customer experience. Act as a trusted advisor for Pomelos customers.
  • Utilize data to provide customers with insightful and useful narratives. Regular monthly reporting and customer-led business assessments can help identify areas for development, highlight the benefits of Pomelos for patients, plans, and employers, and increase customer retention.
  • Examine and determine patient patterns for Pomelos’s clients, markets, and business segments.
  • Project managers oversee the smooth and timely implementations for Pomelos customers, keeping an eye on and addressing go-live risks, promoting cooperation between Pomelo and customer stakeholders, and continuously refining implementation best practices.
  • In order to create objectives and results for customers and Pomelo, internally advocate for strategic customer needs and input and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.
  • Work closely on important client opportunities, such as presentations, large enrollment campaigns, or other projects essential to Pomelos customer success, with the partnerships, marketing, data, and operations teams.

Requirements:

  • Two to three years of project management, customer success, or consulting experience, with at least one year of expertise in the healthcare or health technology fields preferred
  • Excellent project management skills, innovative problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, meticulous, and customer-focused attitude
  • demonstrated expertise managing conflicting objectives and projects for a variety of internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
  • Self-motivated, with a proven track record of reaching or beyond customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion goals, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced, metric-driven workplace
  • A readiness and enthusiasm in learning new subjects through data and research

Extra credit for

  • Experience managing partnerships with health plans or employers, or experience implementing solutions within health plans or employers
  • Working knowledge of value-based care models and/or virtual care environments
