Responsibilities:
- Salesforce database and customer contact are used for case management and first case triage of incoming cases.
- Keep a record of any issues raised and actions taken, making sure to keep the client informed during the ticket’s ownership
- To resolve or escalate to the right teams, identify, communicate, and make use of the relevant resources.
- Gain thorough understanding of the Wavemark back end application and customer in order to efficiently prioritize issues.
- Establishing and maintaining user accounts
- Overseeing the RMA procedure with clients
- In the field, conduct first-line reactive monitoring for malfunctioning devices.
- Work together and in tandem with other departments to address consumer concerns.
- Participate fully in team meetings, especially the case reviews.
Requirements:
- Preferably a BA, BS, or comparable experience in a similar field
- Preferably two to four years of experience in customer service
- Prior Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Must possess concise, clear writing and speaking abilities
- It is preferred to have knowledge of hospital process area workflows.
- Able to prioritize and multitask well to ensure that every client receives the best possible customer service
