This entry-level job is FULLY REMOTE, full-time, and occasionally entails all-expense-paid work travel. The perfect applicant will be a dependable, industrious person who can handle a range of litigation support and law office duties and perform well under duress. This individual will be at ease handling multiple tasks while paying close attention to detail and secrecy.

This is a role best suited for advanced users of Apple software who are proficient in both iOS and macOS.

Responsibilities:

• Talk to your clients
• Collect and arrange the information and papers that are required.
• Do research and give the lawyer information.
• Oversee administrative duties
• draft versions of legal papers
• Mindful of confidentiality

Requirements:

• Outstanding aptitude in mathematics
• General knowledge of the practices used in law offices
• Outstanding time-management and organizing abilities
• analytical skills and ability for solving problems
• exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking
• Must be familiar with the entire Apple software ecosystem and possess a Mac computer (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
• Litigation experience at the federal and state levels (A PLUS)

Pay holidays, sick leave, and safe time. Salary ranges from $30,000 to $40,000.
