To help the Platform Services team, TechFlow is seeking a Service Support Representative. A well-known government contract will be supported by the Service Support Representative. This is a hands-on service support role that will assist internal operations, monitor daily ticket progress updates with field support, verify accuracy of required client documentation, and interact directly with customers. This job is hourly, entirely remote or work from home, and will involve working in a team around the clock. To be considered, candidates must be willing to work weekends, holidays, late afternoons, and overnights.
Responsibilities:
Work alone in a highly productive team.
- Respond to stakeholder requests and questions via phone, email, or the internet in a timely way, using appropriate grammar and style.
- Adapt the ticketing system to the terms of the contract.
- Every day, check reports for correct data and metrics.
- Offer assistance with debugging difficulties related to phones, applications, and databases.
- Answer questions from stakeholders as soon as possible.
- Maintain thorough records of all conversations, transactions, remarks, and grievances with stakeholders.
- When required, coordinate and communicate with coworkers.
- Comment on how well the stakeholder service process is working.
- Make sure stakeholders are satisfied, and offer expert assistance to stakeholders.
- At all times, keep your approach toward stakeholders upbeat, sympathetic, and professional.server
Requirements:
- A high school diploma
- Two or more years of experience in a customer service capacity Knowledge of data, ticketing systems, and assessing tickets for quality measures
- Experience giving direct verbal and written responses to clients and field support
- The capacity to work on a flexible schedule, which includes holidays, evenings, and weekends
- Must be able to receive a Public Trust Clearance and be willing to wait up to sixty days before the start date for processing.
Desired Requirements (nice to have)
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and procedures; prior Tier 1 service experience
