As an FTD Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, assisting customers with orders for flowers and specialty gift items, providing customer support, performing data entry tasks, and resolving issues. This is a remote work opportunity.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Ability to utilize multiple inbound communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and offer appropriate solutions within company guidelines.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking to resolve service requests of varying complexities.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Maintain reliable and consistent access to a high-speed internet connection (25 mb/s or faster).
- Company equipment will be shipped to you via UPS.
