Responsibilities:

• Calling Medicaid participants on the phone to notify them of the renewal information
• Utilize the salesforce and 5Nine systems
• Information on more than 26 distinct benefit schemes, benefits, rules, and policies will be provided.
• Explain tax credits and qualifying requirements to customers.
• Explaining to clients how to complete forms and submit applications

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience working in a call center
• Excellent questioning, listening, and problem-solving abilities
• Computer literacy
