Position Description

BrandBastion is looking for a Head of People Operations with an excellent working experience in the HR arena. The company is a fast-moving and still growing start-up that provides solutions to enable brands to create safe social interactions while building meaningful relationships with their audiences.

As a Head of People Operations, you will be responsible for creating and promoting an attractive employer brand and creating internal programs to train, nurture, and grow the team members. The role necessitates strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills to form and lead a Talent Acquisition team effectively. Therefore, the ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience working in the HR arena in a fast-growing start-up/scale-up environment, with a deep understanding of how to create and promote the employer brand to attract potential applicants. They should have outstanding communication skills with excellent spoken and written English. The ideal candidate should be an analytical problem-solver passionate about working in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

– Develop and promote a great employer brand that attracts the best talent to BrandBaston
– Work with Leaders across BrandBastion to nurture, grow, train and retain team members
– Initiate and implement suitable programs to enhance the employee experience and company culture
– Lead Talent Acquisition Team
– Create and manage different company policies related to People Operations
– Manage compliance and legal efforts to work with team members all over the world, keeping them updated with all relevant laws and regulations
– Support the company’s leadership and managers in setting up their team members’ goals and managing their ongoing training needs
– Organize global team meetings.

Qualifications

– 4+ years experience in People Operations, Recruitment or Training, with a strong focus on employer branding and promotions
– Demonstrable experience building an attractive employer brand with prior successful exposure to such promotions in previous companies.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
– High capacity to learn and develop in a fast-paced, remote, and multicultural environment
– Strategic-thinking abilities with successful experience in providing strategic partner services to the company’s leadership and managers.
– Goal-oriented, well-organized, and data-driven work style
