Position Description
Cotiviti is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support its employees in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including conducting onboarding and offboarding processes and facilitating contact between employees and HR representatives. The HR Coordinator will also provide support for special projects as needed and work with the HRIS system to keep employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
Responsibilities
– Coordinate new hire onboarding, including providing hiring manager support and conducting new hire orientation
– Administer and oversee immigration matters such as Form I-9, E-Verify, and re-verification for onsite and remote employees
– Be a primary contact for new hires and employees seeking information on HR policies, onboarding, and benefits
– Manage employee changes, agency temps, and terminations in the HRIS system
– Oversee the HR operations processes such as responding to unemployment claims and ensuring federal and state compliance postings are up-to-date
– Review HRIS system data to ensure data integrity and conduct audits of employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
– Produce accurate HR reports and metrics
– Participate in special projects as needed
Qualifications
– Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred with an HR focus
– At least two years of experience in the HR field
– Pursuit or possession of PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
– Fluency in English/Spanish preferred
– Experience working with HRIS and ATS systems; UKG Pro and iCims systems experience preferred
– Good client service skills and professional demeanor with ability to handle confidential information
– Exceptional attention to detail
– Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
– Good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Salary:
The hourly salary range for this position is between $21.50 and $25.50. The offered salary will be determined based on various factors including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Physical Requirements:
This is an office-based job that involves sitting or standing at a workstation for extended periods, using a computer, communicating with other employees, and reviewing work assignments for accuracy and completeness. No significant adverse environmental conditions are expected.
