In order to improve member health and maximize the member experience, this position will be responsible for defining and growing analytical skills under the direction of the Director of Medicare Business Intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- To successfully lead numerous complicated initiatives and create cutting-edge solutions that promote corporate performance and growth, draw on your experience in strategy consulting, analytics, and data science.
- In order to assess scenarios and prospective future outcomes, algorithms, statistical predictive models, and modeling techniques must be developed and/or used.
- Utilizing sophisticated statistical methods, mathematical calculations, and thorough understanding of the company and/or industry, do studies of organized and unstructured data to resolve numerous and/or complicated business challenges.
- Work together with business partners to build predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reporting, and performance indicators, as well as to understand their issues and objectives.
- Create presentations and consultations on analytics results and solutions for current and potential stakeholders, and take part in them.
- Interact with managers and peers both inside and externally to communicate sophisticated knowledge on specialized topics.
- Utilize in-depth expertise in algorithms and predictive models to analyze issues, identify trends, and offer recommendations.
- To explore, analyze, and interpret huge amounts of data in diverse forms, need strong programming skills.
Pay Scale
The usual pay scale for this position is as follows:
- At least 90,000
- The most: 180,000
The base hourly rate or base yearly full-time wage for all positions in the job grade under which this role is classified is represented by this pay range. In addition to experience, education, locality, and other pertinent aspects, the actual basic wage offer will be based on a number of other variables. In addition to the base pay range shown above, this position is also eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.

Requirements:
Required credentials
- 5 years or more of related experience that has gotten more difficult.
- Great aptitude for explaining technical ideas and ramifications to commercial partners.
- SQL, Python, and/or R programming knowledge are prerequisites.
- Anticipates issues and obstacles and takes preventative measures before they arise.
- Strong proficiency in advanced analytics languages and tools for the analysis of huge data sets from various sources.

Preferred Requirements
- Experience designing health plan products or dealing with healthcare data is preferred. A master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- Knowledge of Tableau and/or PowerBI for data visualization.
Education
- A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, business analytics, economics, physics, engineering, or a closely related field, or similar work experience in those fields, or equivalent work experience in place of a degree.
