PrePO is looking for a Web3 Marketing Lead to take charge of the planning and implementation of all prePO’s marketing-related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Put on multiple hats and exercise your entrepreneurial spirit to have a huge impact on the company.
• Be the inspiration behind the development and implementation of marketing initiatives that advance prePO.
• continuously experiment with data to enhance important metrics and marketing methods.
• Use innovative guerilla marketing strategies.
• Help shape and promote prePO’s brand in the web3 and wider retail trade sector by working closely with leadership and cross-functionally throughout the team. Grow and manage the marketing team to magnify effective marketing channels.
• Regular activities through the community channels of prePO
• Offer and bargain innovative, win-win alliances with other projects.
• Use the community to decentralize, automate, and scale marketing initiatives.
• Simplify and optimize marketing operations through the use of marketing automation solutions
• Use web3 marketing and community tools/platforms to interact with a crypto-native audience.
• Organize the creation and dissemination of entertaining and original content, including infographics, memes, and brief videos.
• Write compelling, high-quality text for a range of platforms, such as long-form articles, newsletters, press releases, community updates, social media postings, and newsletters.

Requirements:

A marketer with 5+ years of marketing experience, 2+ years of lead marketing experience in a web3 firm, a thorough awareness of the DeFi landscape, and a commitment to upholding all of our team values will be the ideal candidate for this position.
