The main responsibility of the website designers will be to support contemporary, functional, and responsive digital graphics and automobile websites. In collaboration with other seasoned technical and sales experts, this position makes a valuable contribution by providing visual aids, prototypes, and uploading and testing on our own platform.
This individual should have excellent communication skills, be incredibly detail-oriented, and feel at ease in a fast-paced setting. The ideal applicant is a resourceful multitasker who enjoys creating aesthetically pleasing and functionally attractive digital graphics. Working alongside a group of designers, developers, and project managers, this is a full-time, remote role.

Principal Areas of Accountability:
- Create visuals for digital websites for independent and franchised dealerships.
- creates customized website visuals for the New Accounts development team.
- upholds compliance requirements in line with the requirements for franchise branding.
- readys documents and resources for queries pertaining to digital marketing and website assistance.
- Works along with vendors and clients, both internal and external.
- oversees and controls case operations on Salesforce.com.
- fulfills a variety of tasks as required.
Principal Goals:
- creates stunning, imaginative designs for digital marketing and responsive websites.
- delivers outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.
- helps the operations production team achieve their objectives of timely delivery, high quality, and efficiency.
Particular Tasks associated with the job:
- creates unique website graphics for independent and franchise dealers.
- creates digital images for website layouts that are used by the Build and Sales teams.
- Examines and applies branding requirements to websites owned by franchises.
- creates images for websites run by individual dealers.
- Using photos from the most recent model year, maintain and update existing themes.
- Verifies all components for accuracy in content, spelling, grammar, and format, as well as any requested modifications. Performs proofreading and quality control checks on all components.
- creates website support for graphic design for all active websites.
- complies with franchise branding rules when uploading and/or managing assets, such as logos, advertising, video editing, and pictures of vehicles.
- follows compliance guidelines and U.S. copyright laws while making digital photographs
- applies, as appropriate, corporate branding, co-op guidelines, file formatting, and specified naming conventions to components
- Verifies all components for accuracy in content, spelling, grammar, and format, as well as any requested modifications. Performs proofreading and quality control checks on all components.
- becomes ready to implement files and resources for SEM and websites.
- develops fresh dealership logos or enhances current ones for usage on websites.
- satisfies quality and load time standards, supporting the graphics-based website construction process.
- Maintains finished parts and project files in accordance with departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- carries out preparatory tasks before delivering files for both new and old websites.
- Works along with vendors and clients, both internal and external
- gives instructions and/or information to dealers submitting artwork supplied by clients for manufacturing.
- Keeps all clients or vendors informed about design layouts to ensure application compatibility
- works to fix production spec and formatting problems using both internal and external resources.
- oversees and keeps track of Salesforce.com case activity.
- using Salesforce.com to manage case workload Grid for Cases
- Investigates and resolves case-related concerns promptly.
- instances within the parameters of the published service level agreement (SLA)
- uses Chatter to deliver frequent case status updates.
- elevates recurring problems to the manager
- accomplishes several tasks
- maintains standard operating procedure (SOP) records for certain tasks, applications, or accounts that are supported.
- facilitates the testing of new products, programs, platforms, updates, and systems
- leads team cross-training exercises or takes part in them.
Requirements:
Knowledge, abilities, and skills needed:
- A degree in graphic design, web development, or graphic arts (AA or AAS); a BA, BS, or BFA is preferable. In lieu of a degree, at least two (2) years of experience in the email or website graphics field, ad agency, or the digital marketing business, with a concentration on digital graphic design
- Strong grasp of branding guidelines and design principles as they relate to digital visuals.
- Familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite, which includes Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Strong organizational abilities for managing assets and specialized file formats
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and designing responsive websites is advantageous.
- General familiarity with SEM campaign planning and SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- expertise in creating applications for tablets and mobile phones
- extensive familiarity with group workflow procedures and network file structure
- Proven ability to operate efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced workplace; aptitude for picking up new technologies and website platforms quickly.
- Understanding the automobile sector is beneficial.
