Responsibilities:
No two days are ever the same for a visual merchandiser, but a typical day will probably involve the following duties:

- Oversee the implementation of the business’s visual standards, non-pogged, and visual merchandising strategy. Implementing In Store Marketing (ISM) in all relevant areas of the store
- Plan, support, and validate the execution of all Visual Merchandising Guides (VMG) sets in the store in collaboration with store leaders.
- With the use of training, persuasion, and practical experience, support team onboarding, ongoing learning, and the closing of knowledge and skill gaps.
- Encourage visitors to find solutions by using eye-catching visual merchandising across all categories
- Use daily interactions and huddles to teach Style Consultants and General Merchandise Experts about visual goals and developing visual moments to assist in building the basket for each guest. Resolve merchandising difficulties and change sets to produce and maintain inspiring presentations.
- Teach and persuade Guidelines for A&A clearance
- To improve visual presentations for A&A, Home, Business Space, LTOs, and brand launches, evaluate store aesthetic standards.
- Assisting with the implementation of visual merchandiser guides (VMG) Remerchandising new goods and keeping a brand space after new sets will support changes to the product range and keep the location inspiring to visitors all year long.
- Remerchandising in-store visual moments helps a partnership maintain visual consistency.
- Place and arrange any ISM components that aren’t planograms throughout the shop.
- Keep the ISM backroom space organized and up to date with the latest signing equipment and fixtures.
- Service and shopping experience that satisfies the visitor’s needs
- Work on a schedule that satisfies both corporate and visitor needs (this includes early morning, evening, overnight shifts and weekends)
- Showcase ethical behavior, safety, and compliance at all times.
- Support guest services such back-up cashier, order pick-up (OPU), and drive-up (DU) while carrying out those responsibilities and upholding a compliance culture, such as adhering to federal, state, and local laws governing adult beverages.
