Position Description:
This job will be in charge of supporting the firm’s whole recruitment activities on behalf of the Human Resources Recruiting team.
Important Duties Involve:
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating the schedules of the designated interviewers.
- Send out schedules and confirmations for candidates’ interviews.
- upkeep of the recruiting database, including initial candidate and resume input.
- Obtain and process any incoming correspondence regarding hiring, both internal and external.
- assist in sourcing candidates from the hiring database.
- Keep in touch with managers and candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
- Post available opportunities on several job boards and the websites of the relevant organizations.
- Assist candidates who are being interviewed in the office with making travel and lodging arrangements, as necessary.
- You can be asked to help with reference checks and track down materials for unfinished background checks.
- Additional tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in a comparable or corporate setting
- expertise with Microsoft Office.
- understanding of database management systems.
- the capacity to function in a hectic setting.
- strong verbal, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Discretion, tact, and response.
