Club Disney Vacations For our members, Vacation Advisor generates magic both before and during their Disney Vacation Club vacations. While confirming resort reservations for Disney Vacation Club, Walt Disney World Resort, and Disneyland Resort, Vacation Advisor recommends all appropriate options. An hourly position known as “Vacation Advisor” is available in a high-volume inbound contact center in Celebration, Florida. The Disney Vacation Advisor will take a paid, required training course and take part in several given performance tests.
Based on operational needs, this role is a hybrid, requiring both office and remote work from home. You must be able to travel to Celebration, Florida, to fill this role. High speed internet access and a practical, private workplace are necessities for working remotely from home.
Starting salary for this job is $16.80 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Help Members with their memberships, account management, and giving suitable answers to Member issues
- Using a variety of software systems, provide vacation planning services to DVC Members and incoming exchanges.
- Make resort exchanges, reservations, and other supplementary services.
- Maintain established levels of service satisfaction and predicted reservation productivity.
- It is simple to adjust to providing new goods and services.
- Fulfill the necessary departmental metrics requirements
- Fulfill all company training and compliance requirements as assigned.
- Cast members might need to handle cleaning products and chemicals.
Requirements:
Minimum requirements:
- One (1) year of reservation experience in the hotel, travel, or national exchange company
- Knowledge of Microsoft Products as well as common office software
- Navigate between various, running computer programs
- An interest in interacting with Disney Vacation Club members who provide guest service
- Work schedule flexibility, including for overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to work remotely and on-site in Celebration, Florida
Preferred credentials:
- Working at a call center with bilingual experience
- Knowledge of the travel industry
