Position Description

We are looking for an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer who will work with the Cloud for Healthcare and Cross Industry Experiences team in our Industry Cloud design studio. As part of this team, you will work with other designers, researchers, and content developers to design user-friendly interfaces and create design concepts for healthcare and cross-industry experiences. The Cloud for Healthcare and the Cross Industry Experience Team is a key investment area for the company, so you’ll have an opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the long-term product vision.

Responsibilities

– Collaborate with various teams to simplify complex product flows and IA
– Create design concepts, storytelling artifacts and user flows, and end-to-end UI designs, including visual design
– Work closely with product and engineering teams to execute designs
– Conduct research to help shape the product strategy and plan
– Have an influential role in shaping product fundamentals and long-term product vision

Qualifications

– 4+ years of product design experience
– 5 years of enterprise UX design experience
– Demonstrated ability to collaborate for impact
– Detailed design portfolio
– Strong visual skills
– Bachelor’s Degree in Design or User Experience or equivalent experience
