Responsibilities:

  • For complicated workflows and interactions, provide clear, user-centered design solutions that make it simple for users to get about and finish tasks on the platform.
  • Work closely with the engineering and development teams to make sure designs are workable, implementation-optimized, and smoothly integrated.
  • Using programs like Figma and Miro, create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to rapidly visualize and test concepts.
  • Prioritize and carry out UX/UI design work in accordance with the product roadmap, making sure that design assets and iterations are delivered on time and in accordance with the schedules for product development.
  • Develop and improve the design system for the business, making sure that it is consistent with all product touchpoints.
  • Assist developers in following design guidelines and requirements
  • To ensure that the final product fulfills consumers’ needs and expectations, iterate and improve designs using user feedback, usability testing results, and performance statistics.
  • Present design concepts and iterations on a regular basis to stakeholders, product managers, and other team members, explaining design choices and reasoning and taking into account criticism as needed.

Requirements:

  • More than five years of expertise creating intricate interaction models and user interfaces, especially for SaaS or medical settings
  • Mastery of front-end development technologies, software for prototyping, and UX design tools
  • Proven capacity for productive collaboration with stakeholders, product managers, and developers
  • Excellent communication abilities, including the capacity to clearly express decisions and provide constructive criticism
  • The capacity for creative thought to produce original design solutions that satisfy user requirements and organizational objectives
  • Familiarity with performing usability tests, surveys, and interviews as part of user research
  • A dedication to remaining current with the newest approaches, best practices, and principles in UX design
  • A goal-oriented approach to everything you do

  • A bachelor’s degree or corresponding professional experience
