As a Quality Auditor, you will develop and execute comprehensive testing processes for system enhancements and new products related to customer service, including claims, enrollment, provider contracts, and benefits administration. Your responsibilities will include unit testing, test plan creation and execution, and ensuring that system functions meet user requirements and established guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute unit testing processes for vendor contracts.
• Assist in testing simple system enhancements.
• Prepare and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts for vendor contracts.
• Verify system functionality according to user requirements.
• Follow standardized best practices for documenting and executing test plans.
• Validate test results, document discrepancies, and ensure issue resolution.
• Report progress of problem resolution to management.
• Communicate test outcomes to end users for sign-off.
• Serve as a liaison between system end users and the IT team.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related experience in a service center claims processing or managed care operational role.
• 1 year of recent and related system processing, payment, and benefits experience, preferably with IDX managed care.
• Broad knowledge of medical terminology, claims processing, cost containment, coordination of benefits, diagnosis coding, and general customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with QNXT managed care.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED.
