Responsibilities:
- To tackle a variety of challenges, use your knowledge and abilities of analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing.
- Join together with other members of the Technology Team to offer guidance or remedies in your field of expertise.
- Keep up with recent developments in his or her field of expertise
- Describe the advantages and disadvantages of potential findings, solutions, or approaches to problems.
- Identify solutions’ effort and cost estimates
- Apply business solutions while having a thorough understanding of technological platforms and architectures
- Utilize dependency identification techniques in technology work to confirm facts and thoroughly review and check the accuracy of your own work.
- Create or use a prioritization approach to guide your work, finishing it quickly.
- Express concepts, commercial needs, or technical specifications in writing with suitable levels of summarization and synthesis.
- Continually keep an eye on program risks, issues, and scope, making sure they receive the proper level of priority, visibility, and escalation.
- May carry out additional tasks as instructed by an employee’s leaders
Requirements:
Information, abilities, and skills
- Excellent business analysis, process modeling, and redesign skills
- Understanding of technical surroundings to a high level
- Knowledge of software development processes at a high level
- Able to effectively interact, communicate, and negotiate while working with other Teams or outside partners
- Being able to articulate medium-sized to large-scale technical or business challenges, identify their causes, and apply the analysis to offer workable solutions
- Ability to function well in a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere with strong customer service
- The capacity to gather information, develop it, and record requirements, procedures, and technical specifications
- The capacity to successfully organize and prioritize several, highly diversified work streams and tasks
- The capacity to manage various tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while successfully completing all accountable work; the capacity to guide others to do the same
- The capacity to mentor others in technical and business topics
Education
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent formal education, in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, or a similar discipline, is required.
Experience
- Experience at the intermediate level and thorough understanding of information technology (IT) operations, programming, systems/software development, or another area of IT are necessary.
- Preferred: Practical technical expertise
- Experience with OX 2.0 migration is preferred.
- Experience with data analysis and migration is preferred.
- Agile project management expertise is preferred.
- Preferred: Basic integration and experience with custom reports
- Experience with migration reports generation is preferred.
Physical Prowess
- Being able to work for extended periods of time from a [limited-space work station, desk, or office area].
- Having the necessary English language skills to interact and communicate with others in order to perform the job
- Being able to use a computer and other office productivity tools quickly and accurately enough to meet job requirements
Other Requirements
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with the Company’s defined norms for appearance.
- Must be a citizen of the United States or possess authorisation to work there as per the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Age requirement of at least 18 years.
- Must be able to adhere to the company’s specified norms for attendance.
- Limited travel with the potential for more or less travel depending on the demands of the technology department
