Position Description:

Responsibilities:

• Stage, set up, assemble, test, and install flight hardware.
• Utilize precision calibrated tools like torque wrenches, micrometers, and calipers.
• Perform hands-on operations involving both large and delicate assemblies.
• Interpret and work with blueprints.
• Execute tasks in accordance with procedures, specifications, and test instructions.
• Proficiently use various mechanical tools without guidance.
• Collaborate with production engineers to develop and document activities.
• Ensure timely, safe, and professional execution of all production services.
• Perform hydro and pneumatic testing.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of professional experience in aerospace, aviation, automotive, or manufacturing.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• A&P certification.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a technician with propulsion systems.
• 2+ years of relevant experience interpreting technical data and using manual and powered tools.
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, military, or other high-reliability operating environments.
• Proficiency with forklifts, cranes, and heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of pressure, temperature, and flow measurement devices, mechanical and electrical systems, and propulsion engines.
• Skill in operating and manipulating machinery and various hand and power tools requiring manual dexterity.
• Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical drawings, manuals, and reports.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
• Effective teamwork skills.
• Adaptability to rapidly changing roles/responsibilities in a high-paced, challenging work environment.
