Responsibilities:
- Maintain up to date knowledge of product status and feature updates by collaborating with internal teams to gain a thorough understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
- Examine both possible and current content, paying particular attention to chances for reuse and single-sourcing.
- Construct and keep up the Info architecture
- Provide engaging information to assist users in becoming proficient with the AdTheorent platform.
- Write development documentation, online assistance, and user interface material that is simple to grasp.
- Make tutorials to assist end users in utilizing a range of programs.
- Meet with internal teams from business, product, and engineering to create detailed documentation of their policies and processes based on discussions and presentations.
- Gather information for the SOP, policy, and product documentation that will be distributed both internally and outside.
- Arrange written documentation and post it to the corporate intranet.
- Maintain product releases’ updates and revisions while also recording current features.
- Handle documents to ensure consistency and continuity—paying close attention to detail is essential here.
- Keep a vocabulary and documentation library that will serve as a foundation for colleagues to develop training materials.
- Keep a careful eye on our Learning & Development department.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience writing and delivering engaging documentation for sophisticated applications, along with a BA/BS
- Three or more years of expertise using a software program and recording its features
- Perfect ad-tech background or prior use of a more sophisticated software solution
- The capacity to provide meticulously detailed documentation of the highest caliber
- A foundation in technology or a propensity for picking up difficult technical ideas fast
- Outstanding proficiency in English writing
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Capacity to work together with management and technical subject matter experts to generate material
- A love of dealing with cutting edge digital technologies and comprehending the advantages for clients
- Superb project management abilities: adhere to objectives, schedules, and tasks; project management background is advantageous.
- Seeking a self-starter with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability who is proactive, meticulous, and willing to learn
Preferred Requirements:
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and WordPress Confluence or something similar
- A basic understanding of software development and the SDLC
- Familiarity with other Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and Markdown
- Familiarity with content management platforms, such as Atlassian Confluence, Freshdesk, and Zendesk
- Knowledge of Sketch or the Adobe Creative Suite
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, or something comparable
- Familiarity with video lessons, webinars, podcasts, and other digital content platforms.
