Position Description

KeyMe, a tech company that helps people to store, share, and duplicate their physical keys and RFID cards, is seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to join its expanding team. The successful candidate will work with the company’s fleet of kiosks, accessing a wide range of tools and technologies to maintain their performance, troubleshoot issues and become the go-to person for supporting and advising on both software and hardware.

Responsibilities

– Troubleshoot issues with a variety of kiosk technologies and software using proprietary tools.
– Follow escalation procedures and ensure that quality resolution is achieved.
– Help improve engineering and business processes by analyzing and aggregating data from various sources.
– Enhance the company’s knowledge base through active contributions.
– Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to maintain and improve kiosk performance.

Qualifications

– One year of experience with Linux (preferred).
– Proficiency in Linux command-line and Python or Bash scripting.
– Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask.
– Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills.
– Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
