Responsibilities:
Technical program managers usually work directly with developers and customers to solve complex issues, create software using cutting-edge technology, and make data-driven decisions that enhance the user experience. This depends on the technical program manager’s background. Managing internal and external stakeholders across a range of disciplines, from business and operations to engineering, science, and deployment, is part of your responsibilities as a system scaler. You should be able to manage alignment with business needs that may have technological limitations, provide escalation management, negotiate bottlenecks, and make strategic compromises. Together with scoping and completing huge projects from start to finish, the job include gathering requirements, creating specifications, and organizing design and implementation activities. Ideally, you have a solid foundation in program management, a track record of overseeing medium- to large-scale projects, and a broad technical understanding of the most recent web technologies.
Requirements:
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Five or more years of experience working closely with engineering teams
- Experience managing technical products or programs for at least two years
- At least two years of experience in software development -A minimum of three years of experience in project management, encompassing scope, schedule, budget, and quality in addition to risk and critical path management expertise
- Proficiency in overseeing programs involving multidisciplinary teams, developing procedures, and planning release dates
