We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect to join our Professional Services Team for Visual Merchandising and Retail Planning. As a member of the implementation team, you will assist in implementing Centric Planning in the main sporting goods and fashion stores. In the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) sector, Centric Software leads the worldwide industry for enterprise PLM and is now adding retail planning to its portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Give technical guidance while advocating for sensible approaches to challenging problems.
• Create and record precise technical models to satisfy customer requirements.
• Determine, assign, and carry out a variety of project-related duties, such as configuring and installing software, providing deployment training, and providing deployment support.
• Make sure the documents are drafted (blueprint) defining integration as the process of combining plans with external systems
• Make sure that planning is integrated with other internal modules and external systems, or take part in their integration.
• Watch over and guide other consultants while they give solutions.
• Help with the sizing and execution of straightforward or intricate architectures
• act as a liaison for problems pertaining to advanced configuration, architecture, and system integration between R&D and customer support.
• showcasing and advancing the best methods for configuring planning instruments
• Provide recommendations for the features of upcoming systems, the approach to be used, and the modification of standards.
• Make sure you adhere to software quality engineering protocols.
• Reach customer objectives and guarantee client contentment.

Requirements:

• A technical or scientific degree in computer science or engineering
• Strong technical, written, and vocal communication abilities Expertise in MS SQL Server database queries
• Understanding of industry business concerns and retail business processes from a strategic and operational standpoint; familiarity with planning tools and business implementation experience

• Advanced proficiency with MS SQL Server database queries
• familiarity with Azure deployment, design, and optimization

For this full-time role, the US base salary range is $115,000 to $160,000 plus benefits. Our pay scales are based on geography, job, and level. The minimum and maximum desired new hire salary for the role across all US locations are reflected in the range for each job posting. Individual compensation falls within the range and is influenced by work location as well as other elements including experience, education, and training relevant to the job, in addition to job-related abilities. Please be aware that the listed compensation figures only account for basic pay; additional variable incentives may be granted for specific roles.
