WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM)
- Expertise in certifying hardware peripherals in an enterprise context and interacting with a variety of operating systems, network topologies, and applications over a period of one to three years, or similar in-depth expertise in the aforementioned relevant fields.
- The ideal candidate will be familiar with a variety of systems, including architecture, integration, and operation.
- Aware of the most recent hardware trends, including consumer and business-oriented mobile and desktop peripherals.
- Experience with device connectivity and host interaction. IP, USB, WiFi, and serial.
- Application management expertise in a public or private cloud environment.
- Knowledge of how to debug network-related problems including DNS, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
- Excellent documentation skills, including Day 2 support procedures.
- GED, high school equivalency diploma, or high school diploma.
