Responsibilities:

  • Organize, carry out, and disband hiring events in accordance with labor forecasts.
  • Assist candidates in completing their applications, going over work authorization paperwork, taking pictures of their badges, doing drug tests, and performing other tasks as delegated as they move through the hiring process.
  • Speak with candidates to find the best fit between their ideal role and the opportunities that are available.
  • Make use of other different technologies and the Applicant Tracking System to guide prospects through the application process.
  • Finish post-event audits and fix mistakes.
  • Complete the drug test procedure, start the background check, and submit the work authorization paperwork on time and in full.
  • Exceptionally smooth high-volume transaction execution in accordance with SOPs.
  • Help coordinators with regular audits and metrics analysis.
  • Attends off-site events, such as job fairs, hiring events, and community fairs, to take part in applicant generation activities.
  • Address candidate escalations by figuring out what obstacles to get rid of.
  • May work on tasks that the manager or lead assigns.
  • Keep all personal information about candidates and delicate subjects 100% secret.
  • Must be able to travel as required to perform events in different parts of the geographical area that you have been assigned. 75% of the trip must be done locally.
  • Keep supplies stocked and move goods to and from community activities and hiring.
  • Personnel Administrators must work a flexible schedule in accordance with the demands of the organization. Diverse shifts, including overtime, nights, and weekends in several locations, will be worked. This position is part-time, seasonal, and allows for up to 19 hours of work each week.

Requirements:

ESSENTIAL EQUALITIES

  • A high school diploma or its equivalent
  • A minimum of six months’ experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting in a comparable sector, such as operations, human resources, retail, hospitality, administrative support, customer service, or staffing.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office and able to pick up skills on a variety of other platforms.

DESIDERED SPECIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MyTime (Kronos), and Windows
  • Expertise in handling data-driven report procedures or processes, including data entry
  • Have an associate’s degree or comparable professional experience.
  • At least one year of experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting in a comparable sector, such as human resources, staffing, recruiting, retail, operations, administrative support, customer service, or hospitality.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; mail merge, v-lookup, and pivot table creation are advantages.
  • Solid experience in data analysis and written report audits.
  • Knowledge of trackers and reporting systems, such as applicant tracking systems.
  • Problem solver with the ability to identify problems and see them through to resolution.
  • Outstanding writing and vocal communication skills.
  • Good customer service abilities with a focus on discretion and sensitivity.
  • A readiness to address sizable audiences.
  • The capacity to prioritize tasks, pay close attention to detail, and function in a setting when demands are conflicting.
  • A do-it-now mentality combined with a gracious, tactful manner and a sense of urgency.
  • Being bilingual is advantageous.
